Excellent location, walking distance to the lake, and the railway station. The room and hotel had a lovely Swiss vibe, nice furnishings and design. The receptionists were very friendly and welcoming. The shower was brilliant.

The hotel is new and only a few minutes walking distance from the lake side. The service was very friendly and welcoming. They even let us sit and enjoy a bottle of wine in the restaurant after closing time. The restaurant doubles as breakfast room and is decorated like a traditional Swiss log cabin. Loved the attention to detail that went into the construction of the interior. The breakfast was very good, with scrambled egss and bacon and lots of cheeses en cold cut meats to choose from. I very much enjoyed the bircher muesli. The room was beautiful and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and the shower was great. We slept very well and would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was in a great location, although getting there took a few tries (there is a lot of construction around the streets you would access to get there, but google maps GPS in not updated). The restaurant is very charming, the lobby and staff are welcoming.

We really liked the hotel! The room is comfortable, big, clean. The air conditioner works great. Attentive and caring staff, hearty and tasty breakfast. The hotel is located in a convenient and quiet location, 7 minutes walk from the train station, 5 minutes walk to Lake Geneva. There are two supermarkets near the hotel. For the duration of our stay, we received free passes for all types of public transport! Many thanks to the staff for the warm welcome, I will definitely return to Geneva to this hotel!

Location was excellent because everywhere we needed to go was within less than 10 minutes' walk away. Eg, Lake Geneva, restaurants, pharmacy, supermarket, bus station. Yet, it was a quiet area - no noise of traffic, people, etc.

If you stay here, make sure you book dinner in the hotel restaurant. It was open on Friday but not Saturday when we stayed - very glad we arrived on the Friday as the traditional fondue dinner with live traditional music was great fun!

The welcoming personnel. Explanations provided, the map, tickets etc. Location was also good, quite close to the main bahnhoff, very close to the city center. Comfy, big bad, very good bathroom! The great surprise was a biiig picture of Matterhorn on the wall. We were just coming from Zermatt... :)

The staff were attentive to my request and helped me and my husband have a memorable Christmas. Fajita and Dorothea are very helpful in organising our booking and Christmas breakfast. The city direction and information were also super helpful. They considered all our requests and made it beyond a 3-star hotel. We have received similar service in 5-star hotels.

The location was pretty good. The walk to the boats took only a few minutes and then it was a quick trip across the lake to the main part of town. It is a bit of a walk from the train station (a little difficult with 2 kids and luggage, but we managed). The rooms were nice and clean and the shower was hot. The staff at the front desk were all very friendly and helpful.
